With its new mixed-use property development SOUTH VILLAGE, the Capelli Group is playing a leading role in the metamorphosis of the Howald City district.
The 21,000m2 development, directly connected to the new public transport network, will include more than 130 homes, commercial spaces, co-working and co-living areas and offices.
With this project, the Capelli Group is reaffirming its commitment to creating new quality living spaces and contributing to the development of Luxembourg's residential offer.
A high-quality space connected to the tramway
On the one hand, the site will be served by the tramway, which will run from 2023 onwards along the current rue des Scillas, between the Cloche d'Or and Luxembourg City. The development will also offer direct access to the platforms of Howald railway station, on the opposite side, via a staircase. The new Cloche d'Or district will also be easy to reach on foot or by bike, thanks to dedicated soft mobility lanes.
