The Edge is a 6-storey office building designed primarily to house Cardif's HQ.
It has exceptional accessibility, an excellent parking ratio and is highly efficient.
Strategically located on the future Howald multimodal hub (train, bus and tram), AXS is an ambitious project that aims to redevelop a retail park area into a multifunctional district comprising offices, housing and shops.
The project's 5 buildings will be integrated into a high-quality landscaped area, in co-development with Capelli Lux for the residential and commercial components. The office buildings are designed to be at the cutting edge in terms of energy performance and architectural efficiency.
Two of the three office buildings, The Corner and The Edge, have already found tenants, while The Shift is available to let.
