The ground floor is used for offices and shops. It is covered by an accessible roof that can be used by residents as a hanging garden. Above, 2 volumes face each other:

- The office part: 
Facing Rue des Bruyères, the offices are highly visible to the businesses located there, and their function contributes to the liveliness of the street.

- The residential section:

On the ‘park’ side, the flats face south-west, facing a wooded area and set back from the lively rue des Bruyères. Vertical circulation is from the outside, with landings giving each dwelling access to the main facade in the event of CGDIS intervention. The volumes are progressively set back as you move upstairs, creating terraced/green roofs that can be used by different users.
